Welcome to the Browngrass State 

There is no blue grass, and precious little green grass, in California. Our moonshine paints the desert with a peaceful silver glow, and our rivers flow with iron coffins piloted by self absorbed soccer moms and paranoid tweakers. We have The Wedge. We have the Sierra Nevada's stony silence and ferocious winds; we have monster waves and great whites at Point Reyes and a law for every occasion. And...we have Chollas!

 Perhaps you noticed that I...moved to Alaska! There's...cottongrass here...and muskeg...in fact, probably half of my songs were written in or about Alaska.
